Simple Chicken Ramen Bowl

Seasonings

  • Ramen packets, Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, Red pepper flakes (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2lbs Chicken breast

  • 2 Packets of ramen noodles

  • 50g Cream cheese

  • 42g Light mayo

  • 1tbsp Olive oil

  • 1tbsp Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Boil ramen noodles in a pot
  2. Cut your chicken into 1in. cubes. Add chicken to a bowl with 1tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and mix together until chicken is evenly coated
  3. Add chicken to a pan on medium high heat with 1tbsp of melted butter. Cook thoroughly
  4. Once chicken is done, turn the heat down low and add cream cheese, mayo, and cooked ramen noodles. Add the ramen season into the pan and stir until incorporated
  5. Portion evenly into 3 meal prep containers. Top with red pepper flakes (optional)
