Novalife plans are digital wellness and meal-planning services. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

This means:

• No refunds for unused time

• No refunds for forgetting to cancel

• No partial or prorated refunds

• No refunds due to preference changes or schedule changes

Please ensure our program fits your goals before subscribing.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

When you cancel:

• You will NOT receive any future meal plans, including the upcoming Friday

• Your final meal plan will always be the one delivered before your cancellation date

• Access to member meal plan pages will end the same day you cancel

• You will not be billed again unless you choose to re-subscribe

Canceling stops future access — it does not refund previous payments.

Access After Cancellation

After canceling:

• Meal plan deliveries stop immediately

• Member-only access stops the following Friday

• Coaching access ends (Elite plan)

How to Cancel
