Prepare sauce - Combine low fat cream cheese, fat free greek yogurt, shredded parmesan, blended low fat cottage cheese, fat free milk, and unsalted butter into a bowl
-
Fill pot with water and bring to a boil (Hint: Turning the heat on at the same time that you put your beef on the heat will produce the best results)
- Heat pan to medium high heat. Once heated, add lean ground beef
- Break up ground beef into an even layer. Season generously with cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili powder (optional)
-
Once the beef is finished cooking, your pasta water should be boiling. Transfer beef to a new bowl/plate and drain excess juices from the pan. Do NOT rinse the pan.
- Dump uncooked pasta into boiling water

Transfer contents from your sauce bowl into the pan you used for the beef. Season with paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (optional). Cook on low heat until combined (Sauce should be thick)
- Once the sauce is thick, your pasta should be cooked. Strain pasta and add it into your sauce along with the cooked beef. Mix until fully combined.
- Evenly portion into 4 meal prep containers
