Ingredients

  • 40g Rolled oats

  • 1 Scoop protein powder

  • 100g Fat free greek yogurt (plain or vanilla recommended)

  • 15g Biscoff spread (or peanut butter)

  • 1/2 Medium banana

Instructions

  1. In a meal prep container, add your oats, protein powder, and greek yogurt. Mix until combined
  2. Cut your banana into slices and spread evenly throughout meal prep container (over top of your oats)
  3. In a separate microwave safe dish, add your Biscoff spread and microwave until melted (it should be thin enough to drizzle)
  4. Drizzle the melted spread over the oats and banana
  5. Store overnight for best results! (Minimum 6 hours depending on refrigerator settings)
  6. Pro tip: Make multiple at one time so you have easy on the go breakfasts!
