High Protein Single Serve Pizza

Seasonings

  • Salt, Parsley, Italian seasoning, Garlic powder

Ingredients

  • 65g All purpose flour

  • 1tsp Baking powder

  • 11g Coconut flour

  • 7g Nutritional yeast

  • 80g Egg whites

  • 140g Fat free plain greek yogurt

  • 95g Pizza sauce

  • 10g Garlic cloves (diced)

  • 10g Shredded parmesan cheese

  • 85g Low fat shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F
  2. In a mixing bowl, add your flour, nutritional yeast, coconut flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and mix together
  3. After mixing your dry ingredients together, mix in your greek yogurt and egg whites. Mix until it becomes a paste
  4. Using a spatula or a spoon, spread the dough out as thin as possible onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Put your dough into the oven and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes
  6. Remove your dough from the oven and spread on your pizza sauce. Sprinkle with diced garlic, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese
  7. Put your pizza back into the oven for 7-10 minutes (or until desired doneness)
  8. Remove cooked pizza from the oven and sprinkle with parsley (optional)
  9. 1 pizza is a full serving. To store, put in the refrigerator in a plastic bag or on a plate covered with saran wrap
